Be aware! Many Home Inspectors are NOT fully insured. This means that if a Home Inspector misses a major defect, in the home you have purchased, he will only re-emburse you for the cost of the home inspection.
Fully insured Home Inspectors will cover the cost of damages, repairs to fix the problem and of course the home inspection cost. Their "errors and omissions" insurance kicks in for your full protection.
